Inclusive Periods for All
Menstrual health is not just about pads. It is about justice, dignity, and opportunity. Across Uganda and the world, too many girls still miss school, too many adolescents bleed in silence, and too many women face stigma because of a natural process. This is unacceptable.
On this day, we raise our voices to demand:
- Access for all: No girl should have to choose between education and a pad.
- End stigma: Break the silence and normalize conversations about menstruation.
- Keep learners in school: Menstrual health must be part of education policy.
- Champion dignity: Treat menstrual health as a human right, not a hidden burden.
Inclusive periods mean no one is left behind. Together, let’s build communities where every menstruator is supported, informed, and empowered.
